What a great experience! Although I imagined I'd have to navigate the car buying experience with a pushy, unresponsive to my needs sales person, I experienced the opposite. April Dean was pleasant, respectful, responsive, honest, and straightforward in her communication. She allowed room to breathe, think, and ask a lot of questions as I evaluated whether to buy or not. When we test drove the ID.4 Pro S in which I was interested, she went over all the features of the car without any impatience. I could tell she had a lot of joy in sharing what she knew, and it made all the difference. She also secured a 1.5% better interest rate than my credit union offered. She invited me to call whenever I have a question going forward, and she followed up two days later to see how things were going.
