Robert Yang was excellent in getting our new VW Taos S 2026 lease car and process our lease application very quick in a timely manner. This our fifth VW car we have leaded from Norm Reeves Irvine. Robert explained everything in detail and got car ready for us to drive off. Overall, very satisfied with service provided.

This dealership and all the people who helped me there did a fantastic job during the sales process. We bought a used 2024 Tiguan. Thomas thoroughly explained all the features the car offered and was enthusiastic about the product. I never felt he was pushy though or felt pressure to buy. He answered all questions I had and was quick to respond when I called for follow up. During the purchase. Both the Sales Manager and the Finance Rep were cheerful and helpful with getting the proper documentation and loan pieces together to make everything smooth and successful. I would buy from this dealership again.

Wow! What a great experience! Although I imagined I'd have to navigate the car buying experience with a pushy, unresponsive to my needs sales person, I experienced the opposite. April Dean was pleasant, respectful, responsive, honest, and straightforward in her communication. She allowed room to breathe, think, and ask a lot of questions as I evaluated whether to buy or not. When we test drove the ID.4 Pro S in which I was interested, she went over all the features of the car without any impatience. I could tell she had a lot of joy in sharing what she knew, and it made all the difference. She also secured a 1.5% better interest rate than my credit union offered. She invited me to call whenever I have a question going forward, and she followed up two days later to see how things were going. I can't express how glad I am that I bought my car through her assistance, and the car is fantastic! This industry needs more people like her!! 😀
