All Power, All Electric
The VW ID.4 is truly a remarkable vehicle, and here’s the proof: It recycles energy through a feature called regenerative braking. When you slow the VW ID.4, the SUV recaptures some of the energy as you brake—but this is just the beginning.
The VW ID.4 has a battery pack that holds enough energy to take this SUV up to 260 miles between full charges.1 The motor is rear-mounted and churns out impressive 201 horsepower. To charge the battery, you just need to plug it in while you’re sleeping!2 It’s also capable of DC fast charging, perfect for quick charging while on the move.3
Innovative Next-Gen Tech
All trims of the VW ID.4 come standard with an infotainment system. The base trim starts with a 10-inch touchscreen that can be upgraded to a 12-inch touchscreen. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ come standard with the infotainment system to allow you to connect your smartphone for music streaming, phone calls, and access to other apps.
The infotainment system in all trims also comes with standard navigation. You can control various vehicle settings from this screen, including climate control. The VW ID.4 even comes standard with a voice-recognition system.
The VW ID.4 trims come standard with a 5.3-inch digital display gauge that can be reconfigured to display information that you prefer or need at the moment. The panel even moves with the steering wheel to ensure the information is easy to view no matter the steering wheel’s position.
A Peek Inside the Cabin
The VW ID.4 seats five people with plenty of space to spread out. The SUV has a total passenger volume of about 100 cubic feet. The front has 12-way power-adjustable seats. The VW ID.4 comes standard with cloth seats; however, you can upgrade to the available faux-leather look.
The driver’s seat is made to keep you comfortable on long trips. The driver’s seat in the First Edition trim even comes with a massage function with lumbar support. You can work out those knots and relax, no matter how long the drive may be.
If you’re a fan of the feel of the sun and the wind through your hair as you coast down a highway, consider the available panoramic sunroof. Everyone in your VW ID.4 can get a view of the sun or the stars while you drive.
