My experience at Norm Reeves Volkswagen was fantastic! The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. No one was pushy and seemed to really want to help you find a deal that works with your financial interests. I mostly dealt with Internet Manager Sean Vakili. He went above and beyond to create a deal that worked in my best interest. Additionally, he was extremely patient while I was making a decision. Logan in Finance was also wonderful and very helpful! However, by far, the best experience I had was the interaction with an employee by the name of Marshall Eiring. It has been an amazing opportunity to work with an outstanding professional. Absolutely AMAZING! My sales consultant was April Dean and she is wonderful. The easiest and least stressful car purchase I’ve ever made. April is knowledgeable, kind, patient and overall great at her job. I saw a plaque on her desk for 2023 said consultant of the year and I can see why. My parents worked in the car business for years so I spent a lot of time as a child hanging around the dealerships they worked at and I know the environment. It can be stressful, but here it was not. She worked to get the financing for the car I wanted and she explained everything every step of the way. I would recommend her, and norm reeves VW, to anyone and everyone.
